have you noticed how girls are usually groomed to be princesses? diba? lahat halos gusto tumira sa castle, magsuot ng pink na gown, magballroom, mag waltz, magpaka-dainty while horse-back riding and sword-fighting at syempre to find that pretty blonde boy aka prince charming. [oh come on, admit it, if you were a girl you went through this phase.]
so bakit parang walang lalakeng pinangarap maging prince? as in cultured, debonair, chivalrous, charming knight in shining armor riding on a white horse into the sunset?
ilan ang guys na, once upon a time, pinangarap maging prince?

i do want. pero ayoko ng pa demure... ala mulan ako... hehe...
lahat ata ng boys gusto maging: pulis, piloto, sundalo, or kung anu pa man. pero wala ngang prince... even when they are still kids "rational" na sila... yung totoo, yung near to reality, yung ganun. got my point?
cos it's so not masculine. boys were brainwashed that they should be Mr. Tough Guy all the time, tipong Hercules, Rambo, Rocky, at Shaider ba. harhar. was there a show na ang lead character eh si Prince Charming? yeah, when it comes to wooing ladies, wagi si Prince Charming pero to try to emulate him would seem wimpish and metro-ish. hehe.
kaya nga it's so frustrating. why can't they want to be sweet and sensitive and prince-like?
i like guys from the metro. maybe i'm the one with the problem. sige na nga, ako na lang ang weird para lahat sila normal.
bakit si batman naman? isn't he prince-like? heir to the wayne enterprise, debonair, charming, swoon-worthy. hay. me and my preferences. duhr.

batman is somewhat elusive and dark. prince charming is kinda like sellout. haha.
but they operate on the same standards. iba lang ng approach. :D
