here we are, it's not a perfect world... -ken zhu.

we were sitting in the tambayan near the 20s stairs gushing over meteor garden stuff [and other smart stuff as well, haha] because we were such f4 freaks then [oi, aminin]. we burst into song all of a sudden belting out the same lines at the same time. then we stopped and laughed. while i was laughing my guts out [of all random songs to sing naman kasi] her crush passed by. the next thing i knew, she was crying. being the nice and supportive friend that i am, i laughed harder.
just thinking about it makes me laugh still. hay, arriane. wagi ka talaga mag-react. until now, it is still a mystery to us both why tears spilled out of her pretty eyes at the thought of ken zhu and that dude [na itago na lang natin sa pangalang sam]. why georgia why?
after that, she never cried over boys again. she made them cry instead. yey. haba kasi ng hair. literally and figuratively. she has gorgeous locks. they're full of body and very shiny, like that of a shampoo commercial. we'd tease her about it and tell her that we can do a shampoo ad. we supply the 'before' she poses for the 'after.'
she can get serious, too. and really, really dedicated about things she sets her mind at. like productions and taekwondo. she's almost black belt now [ituloy mo na kasi. 'keep kicking your dreams' hahaha].
she looks pretty in a dobuk, her hair pulled back in a tight ponytail [every strand carefully combed into place, she's OC like that] poised in a fighting stance.
for that, we gotta thank her for backstage passes to be with the most adorable taek peeps in the beautiful land of baguio. whoot!
mare, i can go on and on, but you know that awready. so for you on your birthday, i have all these things. first off 'gifts' on your day.
1. i give you the gift of charms. pfft. not that you need it. i mean, you won't have a line of fontana boys if you weren't charming, you know?
2. wala na kong maisip ano pa ba? you should get every f4 memorabilia you can get hold of because precious moments were built because of them.
3. and you get superman on your birthday! yey for you! :D
and as candles blown for you, i wish you...
1. good health so you can keep making others smile by simply being blooming and nice.
2. and your family sobrang dami ng blessings as in OA sa apaw, so you can continue ministering to hungry and destitute people.
3. wisdom and God's guidance so you can be the person you were made to be.
i hearts you like whoa arriane best friend. this one here is really cliche but i'm gonna say it anyway. i am so blessed that we became friends and i am truly grateful to God for a mare like you. i would just like to share my life verse... trust in the Lord with all your heart, lean not on your own understanding. in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight. [proverbs 3:5-6] pati na rin a part of my life psalm... [you are] fearfully and wonderfully made [psalm 139:14]. i praise God for you. yey! :D
